Round 1 Art Submissions: Submit by April 28th and return to the site on May 17th to see kids art from around the world! Use an adult supervisor’s email to submit art to: email@example.com. Please make sure to send the child’s name, age, town, country, province, category and description of their art, and a personal narrative (Personal narrative is optional, but highly encouraged. Photos, avatars, and videos are welcome).
Adult supervisors accept the following statement by submitting kids’ art.…
By submitting artwork by children in my care, I give the children permission to join the Big Picture Foundation. I understand that kids from different cultural, religious, and geographic backgrounds will use art to connect with each other and to support each other. The children in my group have agreed to show respect to all extended group members.
If the kids submit artwork for public service announcements, their art may be used in the backdrop of an advertisement. The kids will be recognized by first name, age and town, but they will not be compensated, nor will the Big Picture Foundation, nor any host organization receive compensation for the advertisement. The goal will be to work collaboratively to draw attention and resources to a separate charity that supports children’s welfare.
If the kids submit artwork to get turned into products to be sold, their art may be published on a commercial item. The kids will be recognized by first name, age and town, but they will not be compensated, nor will the Big Picture Foundation, nor any host organization receive compensation for the advertisement. The goal will be to work collaboratively to raise funds and draw attention and resources to a separate charity that supports children’s welfare.
I (the supervising adult) will submit kids artwork using my email. I will oversee the art submissions. I understand that the Big Picture Foundation administrators may choose not to publish work that’s deemed offensive. I understand that images of children in my care may appear on the website, as a result of the uploading of photographs, artwork, or videos that I submit or from photos taken at special events being uploaded onto the website. I give adult supervisors at Big Picture Foundation permission to upload images of the children and of the artwork of children in my care.
